Key Responsibilities:

4)Escalate complex issues to technical teams when necessary.
5)Collect and document customer feedback to help improve the product.
Qualifications:
1)Experience in customer support or technical support.
2)Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4)Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
5)A customer-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering positive experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
1)Bachelor’s degree preferred.
