Board bedroom journal provides the club market with the storytelling, industry best practices and content that is tightly related to clubs today. It is the accepted article of the Relationship of Private Driver Directors (APCD) plus the Distinguished Groups of America.

APCD aims to inspire and support Excellence in Board Governance by developing board subscribers, staff and leadership. This consists of improving the fitness of boards as well as boards’ high performance boards relationship with club personnel and committees. It also seeks to inspire and promote a customs of transparency and accountability throughout all levels of the organization, like the boardroom.

The boardroom continues to be challenged with several critical concerns, many of that were not really identified prior to the global outbreak that struck in 2011. This issue outlines some of these important and urgent obstacles.
